Jack Lille Yerington
I am a CS and Spanish double major at the Univeristy of Michigan, minoring in Global Media Studies. I am passionate about tech that genuinely helps people. Sometimes annoying film buff, avid/occasional reader depending on the time of year, biking enjoyer, and composting enthusiast.

About
From New York, NY and currently based in Ann Arbor, MI, I grew up surrounded by art. As a kid, I was always being dragged from one art gallery to the next. By adolescence, film became my medium of choice, I found a love for it that I had never found in anything before.
I fell in love with tech in high school, and as I moved through college, I found myself more and more conflicted in a field that sometimes felt like it was too far removed from the world I knew. Each item below is an attempt for me to bring a little bit of my known world to my education.
Projects
Infatrode
Built during MHacks 25, Infatrode started as a link map of knowledge for Michigan students, using TF-IDF similarity scoring, mixed with random node placement, and a custom physics engine to connect nodes. Now, it has evolved into a dynamic, community-driven platform for crafting meaningful connections. Enables users to manually establish connections, add nodes, and explore relationships through interactive visualization. The infatrode site drops the algorithm and fosters organic community growth and strengthens existing relationships through the power of intentional, human-curated networks.

PeteCode
AI-powered interactive web tool that solves LeetCode problems with in-depth audio explanations for enhanced learning, a commentary on short form media consumption.

Match Cut
In-ProgressA site that matches film stills to an input image, a practice in merging my coursework in Computer Vision and Web Systems.

This Site v2
In-ProgressA 3D re-imagining of my personal website. A man rides a bike through the forest, stopping at each interest as a landmark.
